:: DOMESTIC PURCHASES ::
All items shipped in the USA will arrive at your door in a small, flat rate priority mail shipping box. In stock items are shipped within 3-5 days and will be carefully packaged and ready for gift giving.
Items are given a tracking number and are insured for loss or damage by the PO up until delivery. I, nor the PO are responsible for items stolen or lost after documented delivery.
All purchases that exceed $150 are encouraged to select the flat rate + signature confirmation shipping option. It is an additional cost, but it ensures that my valued product is safely in your hands. If for some reason you cannot be home for delivery, please consider using a different address.
I am not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged due to the failure of choosing the proper shipping option.
:: INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ::
International orders are carefully packaged and shipped in a secure bubble envelope. These items are not insured (registered).
Flat rate international shipping is insured for up to $100 and costs $25.
In stock items are shipped within 3-5 days and will be carefully packaged and ready for gift giving. International orders may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
Please note that Seventh & Stone is not responsible for any customs fees that you may have when picking up your package.
:: RETURNS ::
I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my jewelry. Every piece I create is one of a kind. Because of this, I do not make replacements if an earring is lost or damaged. I do, however, provide rubber earrings backs with all earring purchases to help curb this from happening.
I package all my items with great care and provide accurate insurance for all items sold. If an item is damaged during shipping and you are able to provide me with prompt notification, I will file a claim with USPS, and you will be refunded or an exchange will be made upon post office approval. I am not responsible for carelessness on your behalf if an item is not taken care of properly (i.e. chipped enamel due to being dropped, stolen, or lost.. including from your ears).
If a refund is granted for damaged goods during shipping, I require all unworn jewelry to be returned in original packaging before a refund/exchange is given. Buyer is responsible for return shipping which will be returned with full refund. If there is a defect in your item (broken clasp, broken chain, poorly soldered join, etc.) within six months of purchase, I encourage you to contact me so I can repair it to the best of my ability and return it to you free of charge.
